Arrival:

Check-in time is guaranteed as of 14:00 on the day of arrival.

Departure:

Check-out should be done by 12:00 on the day of departure.

Guarantee of booking and protection against duplication of rooms:

To guarantee your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount has to be paid within 3 days of making it, but not later than the date of arrival. If that day coincides with an official holiday, the deposit should be paid on the first business day. In case no deposit is paid within the time set, Hotel Logatero reserves the right to cancel the booking and offer the rooms for a rebooking.

Cancellation of reservations:

If the booking is canceled or modified up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will NOT be refunded but may be used for future bookings.

In case of cancellation or change of reservation less than 14 days before the date of check-in, 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

If the modified booking involves a shorter period of stay or it is cancelled altogether less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival,there is a penalty of 30% of the total amount of booking.

Cancellation or change of booking has to be in a written form and must be confirmed in writing by the hotel.

The names of the people in these bookings can be changed without penalties.

Housekeeping Service:

We provide housekeeping service everyday between the hours of 8:00 to 16:30. If “Do not disturb” hanger is placed till 15:00 your room will be cleaned the next day. If you need anything after 16:00, please ask at the Reception.

Late check-out:

If you like to take advantage of the late check-out option or to extend your stay, please contact the Reception Desk and advise them of your wish. You will be advised of the outcome the day before your departure. Late check-out until 16:00 is charged at 50% of the room’s rate. After 16:00 the full price of the room is charged. Please keep in mind that the room may be changed because of the late check-out.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00. If you desire breakfast it should be announced at the reception the previous day at the latest.

Alcoholic beverage service policy:

Following the Bulgarian law, alcohol is not available and is not served to guests under the age of 18.

Smoking policy:

Hotel Logatero complies with the non-smoking in-premises policy regulated by Bulgarian law. This applies to guest rooms, public areas and corridors. The designated smoking areas are located within the hotel’s open area.

Behavior:

We are polite, smiling and kind with our guests and expect them to behave accordingly. The personal peace of mind of each of our guests is our priority. Line jumping, profanity and unruly behavior are offensive to hotel guests and are not tolerated. The hotel reserves the right to sanction any guest or guests, who intentionally or negligently damage any of the hotel property, including furniture. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, the Hotel reserves the right to get in touch with the Tour Operator of the Authorities for further assistance.

Please comply with the following general rules:

  • Children under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by an adult and are not to be left unattended.
  • The use of the pool by children under the age of 12  without parental supervision is forbidden.
  • Children and adults without swimming suit are not allowed to use the pool for moral and ethical reasons.
  • The use of the pool after 21:00 is absolutely forbidden.
  • Climbing on the fence, chairs and tables, as well as hanging on the rails in the corridors, is absolutely forbidden.
  • All guests are obliged to comply with the set rules and signs in the Hotel area as well as with the oral recommendations of the staff.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Parking:

The hotel has its own parking, unguarded, free of charge for hotel guests, based on the availability of parking spaces. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles parked in the parking lot of the hotel.

Video surveillance:

Hotel Logatero is equipped with a permanent video surveillance system in the common areas. From check-in to check-out, each guest consents to being photographed, videotaped, or filmed without payment or reward.

Valuables:

Hotel Logatero provides a safe at the reception. Its use is free of charge. For detailed information, please ask at the reception. The hotel is not responsible for any valuables and money left unlocked or outside the safe, both in the rooms and in the common areas.

Lost and Found Policy:

Hotel Logatero is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings. Items found are kept at the reception for 30 (thirty) calendar days. The hotel reserves the right for any found personal belongings which are not claimed within said period, to be destroyed or donated to a local charity organization.

Complaints, refunds and damages:

Any comment or complaint regarding the stay should be made at the reception during the stay, so that the issue can be resolved immediately. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any damage caused consciously, unconsciously or by negligence.

The hotel does not bear any liability for services provided by third parties to the guests.

Payment of additional services:

All prices are in the national currency, which is Bulgarian lev (BGN).  All payments are processed in BGN, as required by the law. The following credit cards are accepted at the reception: MasterCard, Visa cards and Maestro.

Protection of personal data:

The protection of your personal data is important for us. We value the confidence you have shown in our services by choosing to visit Hotel Logatero in Sozopol. We honor the ensuing commitment to preserve the privacy of the personal information you have provided to us by striving to comply strictly with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Consequences of Breach of hotel policy:

In the event of a violation of the hotel rules and policies, the Hotel may terminate the booking or stop any event immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation. All guests, employees and tour operators are expected to adhere to this policy.
